Love the Cocky Hero bookiverse, so I was excited to read this one!
Erin Trejo is a new to me author. I have to say, I definitely will be looking into reading more from her.
Gentry & Hope have known each other since childhood. They were high school sweethearts. They are brought back into each others lives by his father’s death.
They reconnect. There are some bumps along the way. Like her delusional cheating ex. Gentry’s former business. Her career goals ( don’t worry, it’s not the career that’s the issue). City girl vs the country.
Floved it.
Oh, and fainting goats!! A certain Australian and his darling goat are mentioned…and made their impression.
