I loved Liam & Paige’s story!!
Liam meets Paige when he arrives to pick up Beth, the woman his brother Ronan loves. He’s heard all about her daughter, Lucy, from his brother. And while he is there to help get his brother’s love life back on track, he finds himself mesmerized by the beautiful, sassy creature who answers the door. The one NOT in love with his ‘little’ brother.
Paige is a single mom devoted to her darling daughter. Lucy was born with one arm partially formed and her father deserted them after Lucy’s birth. Paige is strong, smart, independent, and she wants to climb Liam like a tree.

Their romance is sweet, steamy, and fairly smooth. Liam shows her that she is still lovable, desirable, and worthwhile. She and Lucy are not a burden. Liam is there to stay. Once he falls, he falls hard! She felled a mighty oak with one sassy greeting.
This book is everything I love about Melanie’s work. There’s family, both by blood and by choice, friends, and lots of love. Oh and a healthy dash of steam. Plus the heroes and heroines in Melanie’s world not only care about themselves but also the world around them. They are what you wish people were in this world. Caring, generous, fun, and full of the feels. The good feels!! Plus we get to see our old friends from the rest of the Vestedverse!!
